Dr. Thompson Asks some important questions of interest to Monroe residents - Chiropractor Monroe Dr. Thompson Asks...

How do you know when you're healthy?
Ask most Monroe residents this simple question and you're likely to hear, "When you feel good" or "When you're at your proper weight for your height" or "When you have lots of energy and vitality." Great answers. But our chiropractic patients know that true health is when your body is working as it was designed. True health is how you function, not how you feel.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Monroe chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
